In the context of the life of the local church
Proper contextualization (knowing how to live and how to serve in a certain place), experimentation in the practice of ministry, growth in the work of the Lord, sowing testimony and fruit for the sake of faithfulness; THAT IS, the reality of ministry, can ONLY be given by taking theological training to a life well grafted into the work and life of a local church.
With a combined effort between teachers and pastors
Teaching academically is not enough; this must be accompanied by pastoring, supervision, service practices and accompaniment of older brothers and sisters in the faith. Formation for ministry is not only a process of academic biblical education, but also of holistic formation.
Low cost
One of the main difficulties in acquiring a formal and solid theological preparation is the high cost of a complete program in the country, abroad and even online. By the grace of God this Seminar will be offered at only a symbolic cost.
Normal family life
The responsibility of being a good leader of your family, the responsibilities and challenges of normal life, the Christian disciplines as a family, the example we are in our home as a reflection of Christ, is not something from which a candidate for ministry should abstract; on the contrary, it is an integral and essential part of the formation of every good minister. STS has been designed so that its students do not lose the context of a normal, healthy family life, keeping this as a priority above ministry. The STS program is designed so that the student can remain perfectly integrated into his family and work life, so that part of the burden of his studies does not require him to be away from home.
