D. in Christian Thought from American University of Biblical Studies, Atlanta, Georgia (2002), Doctor of Ministry, MINTS International Seminary and Ph. D in Theological Studies (2016) from the same seminary. He is the author of more than 50 courses and books (mintsespanol.com, www.mints.edu). Cornelio and his wife Sandra have been missionaries with World Mission of the Christian Reformed Church in the Dominican Republic (1980-1993); pastor of the United Reformed Church in London, Ontario, Canada (l993-l995); director of Ligonier Ministries Inc. in Canada (l995-l998); Academic Dean of the Latin American Faculty of Theological Education (l998-l999) and Academic Dean (2001-2015) and Vice President of Academic Affairs of MINTS (2001-present), Coordinator of the Hispanic program with MINTS International Seminary. In the USA he has a theological teaching ministry in prisons. Cornelio is a missionary sent by the United Reformed Church of Cape Coral, Florida. He is married to Sandra and they have three children: Jonathan (1982), Katrina (1983) and Melinda (1987). They have lived in Anniston, Alabama since 2016.
