MONITORS:
Part of the STS academic program is completed by the personal tutoring of a local monitor. This person is responsible for expanding and explaining the classes given, as well as evaluating the students' level of understanding, and supervising the completion and understanding of assignments.
MENTORS:
We recognize the value of the influence, care and example of more mature godly ministers on younger ones. The long-term impact, the help present in our struggles and the experience of those who have gone further than we have, are a very precious contribution in the stage of training and early ministerial formation. STS is committed to providing training for future pastors, fully integrated with ministerial and spiritual accompaniment to each student.
SERVICE IN THE LOCAL CHURCH:
The STS will encourage the students to have an active service in their church, supervise them or request information from their pastors regarding their performance in the work. Making ministerial practice an integral part of this program.
