Dr. Finn received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from West Chester University, his Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida, USA. He has been an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of America since 1980. He is an adjunct professor of Practical Theology and Church Planting at Westminster Theological Seminary, a pastor of missions at Covenant Church Doylestown and the Church Planting Coordinator for the Metro Philadelphia Church Planting Partnership ministry.
